Every client is different, but on average, most clients purchase within a 70 day period of signing our Authority and having a handover with our buyers agent.
3. Can I be involved in the property selection process?
Absolutely. We shortlist properties for you, but you’ll always have the final say before we move forward.

No. Follio is completely independent. We never accept kickbacks or developer incentives, and our only fee comes from our clients. That way, you can be sure our advice is always aligned with your goals.
