Lachlan believes that being an avid investor himself is paramount in building trust and long-term relationships with his clients. Lachlan is a seasoned property professional with over 10 years of experience and $3bn worth of transactions.

An active investor himself, Riley understands the importance of timing, strategy, and selecting assets that deliver long-term growth and security.

With a Bachelor of Commerce in Property Development and Valuation, PIPA Qualified Property Investment Advisor accreditation, and an REIWA Sales Representative Certificate, Riley combines technical expertise with practical, on-the-ground experience. Over the past six years, he has acted as lead buyers agent in more than 200 acquisitions, securing over $120 million worth of property for his clients.

Having worked across acquisition, valuation, investment strategy, and economic research, Riley knows how to read the market and position clients for success—whether it’s building a balanced portfolio, maximising capital growth or cash-flow.

Chris specialises in helping FIFO workers and everyday Australians build property portfolios that create financial freedom and long-term security. With a background as an electrician who spent over 5 years working FIFO, Chris understands the challenges of earning well while being away from home, and the importance of turning income into lasting wealth.

Having bought his first property in 2015 and steadily growing his portfolio since, Chris now has a portfolio valued at over 5 million. His personal journey from FIFO to being work optional by 30 gives him a unique perspective and proven track record in wealth-building through property.

Chris was first introduced to Follio as a client, after previously working with other buyer’s agents who treated property purchases as transactions. Adam brings a well-rounded perspective to property that few in the industry can match. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Property Development and Valuations from Curtin University, an REIWA Sales Representative Certificate, and hands-on experience spanning buyers advocacy, residential valuation, and development, he’s built a career around finding quality opportunities and knowing their true value.

Before stepping into his role as a buyers agent in 2020 and assisting more than 200 clients with residential property purchases, Adam honed his skills with industry heavyweights CBRE and Stockland Developers. This established invaluable insight into how large-scale projects come together from the ground up. That foundation, combined with personal involvement in subdivision and building projects, means Adam understands property from every angle, not just as a transaction, but as a long-term asset.

His specialist background in valuations and property development gives him a sharp eye for quality opportunities. My background is in start-ups. I get a lot of energy from being thrown into fast-moving environments where you have to build things from scratch, from brand identity, go-to-market strategy, D2C channels, CRM workflows, community, and finding a way to make it all work together.

Since joining Follio, I’ve had the opportunity to do exactly that. I’ve helped develop the Follio brand from concept to reality, build our B2C marketing channels and CRM infrastructure from the ground up, and grow The Follio Property Podcast to 3M views and a community of 10,000+ listeners.
