Each week, Reece and Lachlan bring the same rigour to the microphone that they bring to their clients’ portfolios: looking at the data, challenging the consensus, and talking plainly about what the numbers actually suggest. From data-driven analysis and honest market commentary to strategic conversations, with leading industry voices, this podcast is built for investors who are actively navigating the Australian property landscape.
Building a successful property portfolio isn’t easy. The podcast brings on qualified guests to help educate the audience at every stage of their journey. Guests have included leading economists, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, accountants, and more. Each with decades of experience in the market. The conversations are unscripted. The only agenda is clarity and education.

The podcast was originally conceived under a working title that said the quiet part out loud: I Call Bullsh*t. That instinct never left. It just found a more considered home.
The loudest voices in Australian property aren’t always the most informed ones. Spruikers, headlines, and interest-rate takes from people who’ve never read a vacancy rate in their life, it’s everywhere. For everyday Australians trying to make sound decisions with their hard-earned money, this noise is genuinely costly.
Around 2.2 million Australians own an investment property, and approximately 70% of them hold just one. For most, buying property is one of the biggest financial decisions they will ever make and going in underprepared can be costly. The goal has always been to ensure that everyday Australians are protecting their wealth and their families by staying informed throughout their property journey.
Every episode is an invitation to sit inside the strategy session. To hear how we weigh up a market. To understand how we think about cycles, risk, and timing. And to decide for yourself whether this is the kind of thinking that belongs in your corner.
The Follio Property Podcast exists because of the people who showed up early, who shared an episode with a friend, sent a question in, or simply kept coming back every Tuesday and Thursday.
Building something honest in an industry that isn’t always, takes a certain kind of audience. You’ve been that audience, and we don’t take it lightly.
We’re just getting started.
